E-Docs Uk Launches Secure Alternative To Box Storage
HODDESDON, HERTFORDSHIRE, AUGUST 2006 – e-Docs UK has launched DocHaven, a new online data repository that presents organisations with a real alternative to traditional box storage. It provides safe and secure storage for important corporate documentation using twin mirrored servers and meets all government guidelines for data availability whilst delivering significant savings of up to 50% compared with the cost of storing boxes in remote warehouses.

Each document is scanned, indexed and loaded onto DocHaven, e-Docs UK’s on-line repository that uses highly secure, mirrored web servers situated at two separate locations providing the highest levels of service resilience and data security. Clients can rapidly retrieve all stored documents twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week using a standard web browser. Storage using DocHaven is charged for by the page rather than by the box, which can deliver significant savings.
